With no official update from the state Department of Health or the Denver Mayor as of 5/25, we plan to continue with the current regulations and guidelines set forth last month.

Blunt Force is currently open on a limited basis. During this time we will be doing our best to provide training options both in the gym and out.

Small Group Training

Virtual Classes

  • Virtual classes will continue until we can resume our regular in-gym
  • See full schedule here of all Bootcamp, Boxing, Kettlebell Strength, and HIIT/Core
  • Must have current active membership

Outdoor Bootcamps

  • Come workout with us a local park! Schedule will slightly different each week. Here is May 25-31st
    • Memorial Day 5/25 – 10am with Charlie
    • Tuesday 5/26 9am – Tiff at Argo park
    • Wednesday 5/27 6am – Tiff at Argo park
    • Thursday 5/28 – 5pm – Charlie at Ciancio Park
    • Saturday 10am 5/30 – Laura at Argo park
  • Must have current active membership
  • Max of 8 people
